MediFlow AI now has a home for healthcare students and a library of plain-language health guides — all readable right on the platform.

Why we built it

Our mission is to make healthcare information more accessible, useful, and understandable for everyone. Until now, MediFlow AI was built mainly for clinical teams. This update opens the platform to two more groups: healthcare students and the patients and families who want to understand their health.

Free study articles for students

The new For Students section has six study articles — pharmacology basics, drug interactions, clinical workflow, ICD-10-CM coding, vital signs, and evidence-based practice. Each one has key points, red flags to know, and a numbered reference list, and you can read every article free without an account.

A low-cost Student plan

Students can create a free account, and add the Student plan for three extra study tools:

  • An AI study tutor that explains healthcare topics, with key points and suggested reading.
  • Drug reference lookup, using the same NLM RxNorm and FDA label data our clinical tools use.
  • Practice quizzes with an explanation for every answer.

Health & Wellness guides

The Health & Wellness section now has eight guides written in plain language: heart health and blood pressure, living with diabetes, healthy eating, staying active, better sleep, mental health, using medicines safely, and quitting smoking. Each guide explains when to see a doctor and lists the references it was checked against.

Blog posts share general information and our own perspective. They are not medical advice, and every AI output in MediFlow AI must be reviewed by a licensed clinician.
